Organizational Culture exists; this much is clear; It impacts the organization, this much is evident. It however, remains invisible and elusive. Unlike profits, market share, expenses, it is never properly measured. What isn’t measured cannot be properly managed.

Best laid plans are put to work by people and people bring their total self to work; rational and emotional. Managing a culture requires the management of the total self, not just the skills, talent or productivity of people.
