Mr. Pasha has the privilege of holding the most important positions at the two international development agencies i.e. United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).  He has been assigned to conduct special studies both inland and overseas) for bringing improvements in the office systems.  And, based on the results of his special studies, the office systems were precisely reformed by him, while his efforts were widely acclaimed by the heads of his organizations.  Apart from developing systems, he has also been providing inputs to the management on the development of policies and procedures.  He has a proven command over writing notes, minutes of meetings, office procedures, drafting correspondence, handling foreign missions, managing office records and administering official documents.

Being the coordinator of development systems, Mr. Pasha has also been responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the support staff functioning of the two organizations, including the preparation, communication and storage of data and other important operations.  Having the role of coordinating on the front end and issuing various assignments to the support staff Mr. Pasha has been managing the team of secretaries and administrative assistants with hefty appreciations.

Besides, having been awarded with several commendation certificates and cash awards from the governments of America, Canada and Pakistan Mr. Pasha has also on his credit 25 years experience of working closely with the top level foreign diplomats, foreign citizens and chief executives of the world including Pakistan, USA, Canada, France, UK, Switzerland, Germany and Finland.
