Mr Pervez Nooruddin
Intro
As a result of his excellent education (P.Eng, MBA, PMP, CMC, CQM, CMA, ITIL V3) and extensive experience (with national, international and multinational organizations), Mr. Nooruddin‘s capacity to transform is widely acknowledged. Professional Knowledge and Expertise
Mr. Nooruddin has twice received CIDA Employee Hall of Fame Award and other distinguishing awards from different organizations. Few of his prominent achievements are:
- As Development Program Officer at Canadian Int’l Development Agency (CIDA) managed 50% of $36m CIDA-funded socio-economic annual development assistance program in Pakistan. Worked with senior bureaucrats in various ministries and with chief executives of public and private sector organizations while proposing, planning, and managing multi-year, multi-donor complex development projects. Represented CIDA in several global development programs and initiatives led by various donor institutions including IMF, ADB, IDRC, EDC and USAID.
- At Shoppers Drug Mart (largest pharmaceutical chain in Canada), redefined business process between business functions and IT team, contracted PMs and vendos for systems development, maintenance and operational support which helped PMO save $3.5m per annum.
- As IT Program and Client Manager at Kraft Foods (Canada) led IT Transformation planning process to enable Marketing and Sales Functions improve business process enabling them to compete during the next decade. Managed relationships with business executives to understand their business plans and strategy to align technology deliverables which helped save $45m.
- Implemented many Tier 1, 2 and 3 Projects e.g., upgraded Kraft North America enterprise CRM system for over 30 Million customers with a state-of-art Siebel Enterprise 7.8 system integrating customer information from all five channels of communication. It was recognized as the ‘Best’ in Canadian Consumer Packaged Industry by Canadian Marketing Association (CMA).
- As Sr. Consultant and Project Manager at Community Care Information Management (CCIM), Ontario Ministry of Health (Canada) managed a team of 24 resources to support business services to: Community Support Services (CSS); Canadian Mental Health and Additions Services (CMH&A); Small and Complex Continuing Care Hospitals (SCCH); Community Health Centers (CHC); and Long Term Care Homes (LTCH) in Ontario.
- As IT Program/Relationship Manager at Toronto Dominion Bank Financial Group (Canada) managed relationship with executive team and senior leadership of the organization to plan and manage strategic and operational initiatives, while leading a team of six business analysts and project leads.
- As Senior Engineer at Zelin Pvt. Ltd. led a team of four professional engineers for industrial and commercial feasibility studies and projects.
